Theme Reviewer not reviewing

    Hi there, I have submitted a theme for review. The theme reviewer picked it up as reviewing but has done nothing else, no updates, nothing so just left in that state and walked away. Now 48 hours has passed, the theme guide says you can request to put back on queue. How do I do this?
