[Theme Removals Pro] Several problems

Hi,

I’m wondering if someone can help me. I currently purchased the Removals Pro theme from frogs theme and having several problems. After installation and choosing the theme the 1 click installer doesn’t work. You click the install set up for the actual theme to set up dummy content for it to appear as the demo theme on their site. No luck! It just keeps a plain page. I then used the step by step guide, once again the same.

The theme options is there but when you click on it it shows for a split second then just goes to a white screen.

What am I doing wrong? I’ve contacted them directly several times to just get replies of they will look into it.

I’ve installed several themes before through WP with no issues but this one is sending me stir crazy as its affecting my business with my website being offline. Very stressful!

Any help would be very much appreciated.
