[Theme: Raindrops] Updated, now page width not working right

Before I updated if I choose the option for page width 100% fluid, it would adjust the blog width to match the browser window, regardless of the size of the window. I updated, and now choosing that option only adjusts outward to a max size and no further, even if the window is larger. Is there way to fix this?
