Theme purchase when moving website

first of all I want to thank you for your help.
I am pretty new to the wordpress environment.
Recently, I installed wordpress on a local server and I am making a website there.
Now I want to install a chargeable theme. And there is my question.
When I move my website from the local server to a online domain, do I have to purchase
the theme again?Thank you again and greetings.

Good news- the theme will not need to be repurchased.
