Theme problems

Hey, In short. I brought and downloaded this

. Did the upload from zip thing.
But its broken, all it says is “style sheet missing” though there very plainly is there.
Sorry if this is vague, i am rather new. Any help will be a godsend, as i really want to get this completed today.
