Theme problem but can't find why

I have spent two days now working on figuring out the problem, the VOTE button won’t work on the them I use. Wp polls works fin on any other theme I use, but we need the one we have installed.
Theme has the correct header and footer tags.
When I look at Java in Chrome, I get these errors:
