[Theme: Portfolio Press] Portfolio Categories in menu and/or sidebar widget

The Portfolio Categories are no longer appearing the appearance > menu.

I’ve got both recommended plug-ins installed (Options Framework and Portfolio Post Type). Am I missing something?

These did work and suddenly are not longer working. The only thing I can think of is that I did change my admin password.

Is there another way (other than relying on menus) that I can put the Portfolio Categories in the sidebar?
