Theme/Plugin Issues Resulting In Block Malfunctions

Everyone,

My theme, FotaBlog, has had issues with plugins/blocks since I started my website with. I recently added plugins in that would diversify my selection of post blocks/feature post blocks as my website is an online magazine. I ended up uninstalling 98% of the ones I had newly installed as it was crashing my theme and affecting how my website showed items. Now one of my posts blocks are malfunctioning in my footer. When I go into the editor and see what its showing, it shows the correct amount of items that I assigned it to show (only 3 posts). However when I save the changes and pull open my website, the footer is now showing 7+ posts. I am not sure why it is doing that. Would anyone know?
