Theme plugin files not call at the good places

?One dev said to me that the plugon call this /var/www/clients/client0/web5/web/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-event-calendar/public/themes-ai1ec/vortex/functions.php instead call it here /var/www/clients/client0/web26/

It seems to cause a lot of 500 error on the site! ??
