Theme plugin doesnot accept characters

I have translated the theme I purchased in to different language.
Theme comes with Contact Form which is also translated, but i cant write in comments section. Even if text is pasted, text cant be read:

á??á??á??á??á?? á??á??á??á?”á?‘, á?“á??á??á??á??á??á?￠á?” á??á?”á?￡á?¤á?”á?? á??á??á?–á??á?￠á??á?? á??á?￡á? á??á?

What can be done
