You can do this via CSS. Have you a Child Theme or Custom Style/CSS plugin?

You can do exactly this by assigning a portfolio category under Appearance > Theme Options > General.

I make it clearer, the reason i don’t want to display description is because my post consists of iframe to display a video. When display post feed under specific category, in the description it shows “Please upgrade your browser”. So i was thinking hide the description under post feed.
You may find an example at https://cinema.wormsearch.com/index.php/category/king-maker-c/

Hi Andrew Nevins, another condition, i need to display the post description in home page, while browsing a specific category, then hide the post description. If i do it via CSS, both of them will be hide as they are using same class.

Hi Daniel, my blog structure consists of multiple category, therefore portfolio might not working.

any luck with this? i am interested in doing this as well at https://www.snowboardradio.com
