Theme Panel missing after installation of Ocean Extra

    Hi,

    first of all, my actual setup: WP 4.9.5, OceanWP v1.5.13, Ocean Extra v1.4.11.

    Issue: after installing Ocean Extra, there is no such “Theme Panel” in the WP Main Menu. Any ideas how to acces the Theme Panel? Reinstallation of Ocean Extra unfortunately didn’t solve the problem … ??
