[Theme: P2] Patch for jQuery -> $ and some closure scoping

I’ve got a patch that I ended up with after hacking P2 last week that cleans up some of the jQuery references by passing $ in the document.ready calls where appropriate and replacing the jQuery instantiation with $ inside those closures. It also moves a couple of functions around in the inc/options-page.php JS. Is there somewhere I can submit this patch (doesn’t look like the default WP.org credentials allow opening of trac tickets in the themes repo)?
