• I’m using the free version on two sites. (I use the paid version on other sites but I’m posting here because the site in questuion uses the free version.)

I cannot click on Font Family on any page in Theme Options. I can click the Font Subsets drop down menu but the option for me to select is blank.

For the Home Icon Menu on the Home Layout page, I can click the blue Add Icon button but nothing happens when I click it.

The other website that uses the free theme works fine. They both run 3.1.6 and WordPress 4.9.4.

    Please advise.

  • Hey,

The first thing that I would check is your plugins. If you have any plugins on the dysfunctional site that are not present on the working site, then I would begin by deactivating them to see if there is any difference

I’ll also note that since you have an unlimited license for the Premium theme, there’s really no reason not to be using Virtue Premium.

Let me know if this is helpful.

Problem is, the license for the premium is my personal license and the sites that are using the free version are for a nonprofit I volunteer with and they can’t use my personal license. :/

Deactivating plugins. That’s like “Have you turned it off and on again?”

Also, it was a plugin. ?? So….. yeah. That’s embarrassing.

So now I will try to figure out what setting in the Ultimate Member plugin is causing the problem. I can close this support thread. Thanks!

If you’re developing those sites, then you can use the premium theme. But if you’re just getting the site setup and leaving them to manage it after, it may be best to leave them with free.

I’m glad that you got it sorted though! Let me know if you need anymore assistance with this.
