Theme Options not showing

I’m not able to view the Theme Options for the theme (Tentered). All tabs for the options (Header, Footer,Logo, Menu, etc) are blank pages. From what I can tell, the page is unable to load a js script. The following error shows in Inspector:

I’m guessing there’s some kind of file conflict but I’m not sure where. I have updated all plugins and reuploaded the theme, nothing changed. Also, this site was not originally created by me, I’m just trying to make changes to it. Any insight or help is appreciated!
