Theme options not copying over

Has anyone else had a problem with theme options not carrying over ? For over a year I’ve been using WP clone and with the click of one button everything including the theme options have copied over seamlessly except for memory timing out issues. All of a sudden when I Clona website the theme options including the logo fonts colors and all of the styling aren’t copying over . Any help on this would be extremely appreciated.
