Theme Options has disappeared

Since Updating to 1.7.1 the “Theme Options” has disappeared and as such all the options are no longer working

an example of the code used in the Themes function file is :

<li><a>" title="YouTube" class="socialRounded" target="_blank">Y</a> <?php echo of_get_option('bc_youtube_text'); ?></li>
Currently using the Theme Prose – A child theme for Genesis.
