• I have a front page with three “theme options” columns, each of which link to a page within my website (actually my wife’s). Each page has a featured image. Two columns correctly display the featured image on the home page. One of them, “training you to report” – loses the image when the page is clicked. Only the alt text displays. The middle column displays the image on the home page and correctly displays it when the page is loaded. The third, “helping you to report” only displays the alt test on the home page and does the same when it is clicked.

I have deleted and reloaded these images from the media library multiple times, have turned the featured image on and off, have deactivated plugins, all to no avail. Please advise. The site worked correctly until a month or so ago. Perhaps the media library is corrupted. I can see all of the relevant images in the library, however.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi, Has anyone had any success resolving this? I am a bit of a WP amateur and multiple images are not displaying correctly on my website. It seems to be random as to which display and which don’t.
I have updated plugins in WP, cleared my cache, viewed on multiple browsers and images are still not displaying, they are missing from staff posts, buttons, sliders etc. so it appears to be an issue with the media files. Can anyone help.
    Thanks

@lisenglish, can we have a link to your site and where on your main page you are having problems? I’d be happy to take a look for you.
