theme options are not showing

    Hi There,
    one of my client bought a craftory WordPress theme for development. they are using Redux framework WordPress plugin to show theme options.

    I have two environments one is from my local server and AWS server for WordPress development. my local server WP theme options are showing and working fine. but AWS setup theme options are not showing, even i cannot change a WP site logo.

    Is this issue because of file permission issue or theme Licencing issue.?

    Def not a licensing issue. Options are not bound to licensing. ??

    I’d check the permissions on the server. Best of luck!
