    Dear Support Team,

    Our users are facing issue after installation of latest redux release. Theme options data is getting blank if they perform any action in WP widget area or customiser window or etc.
    It never happened in past with any redux release, so kindly look into this and try to sort it out asap.

    You’ve not given me anywhere near enough information to look into this. Have you been able to recreate it personally? At a minimum, I would need a copy of your theme and the exact steps to recreate the issue.

    But that’s not what I asked for.

    I asked if you can personally reproduce the issue and what the specific steps are to recreate it. Me logging into someone else’s site doesn’t mean I can edit code on the fly or view error logs (that’s information you should gather for us so we can provide better support). I would appreciate it if you could have this information ready, and if needed, a copy of the theme so that I can attempt to reproduce the issue on my end. If I have to login to this person’s site, I will need admin access and also need admin FTP credentials.
