"Theme Options" are blank/missing

I am having the same problem. Hopefully someone can be able to help.

Most likely this is due to a conflict with a plugin. Start by disabling your plugins to see.

I don’t have any other plugin installed. The only one I have is the Virtue Tool Kit. I think the problem is with the Virtue theme because the other theme I tried was working correctly.

I was able to modified your theme options for 30 mins after I installed, then when I clear my browser cache, none of the theme options are working including widgets. If you can help me with this issue, I will be very appreciated it and maybe consider to purchase the pro version.

Also, here is what I see when I try to click one of the button;
Javascript: void(0);

SyntaxError: missing ) after argument list load-scripts.php:65
TypeError: a.ui is undefined

I tried all three browsers (chome, firefox, safari) none of them are working. I test the Javascript and it is up to date.

If there is a syntax error then thats likely the issue. But I can test the theme and it’s not throwing any errors on any of the test servers I have access to. So If you have no other plugins installed then it could be a issue with the php settings on your server. Can you check what you php settings are for max memory and max execution time?

PS you do have the latest version of the theme right?

Wow! Thanks for the quick respond. I just updated to the latest version (2.1.3). I am not sure about the php setting. I will contact them to find out shortly.

I just chat with hosting tech support and he run some test. Here is the error message found from server,

PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in ../themes/virtue/themeoptions/framework.php on line 1922

PHP Setting is set to maximum and there in no issue with it. He confirms that the issue is from the theme itself. Please help.

Thats part of the script that saves data, if your getting an error… hmm which version of php are you using? If 5.2 try updating to 5.3 or 5.4 else send me an email here:

Hi, I’m having the same problem. My php is updated and I dont see any error at all. I can’t even find the theme on wordpress theme. What should I do?

Can you explain a little more of whats going on?
You have the theme installed? You can’t access the theme options? what happens when you do?

I reinstalled it back and now I have to start over again. After I updated the theme, I wasn’t able to access it on theme options and apparently unable to delete it and reinstall as well on wordpress. Since I’m using aptana, I deleted it there. Now, my problem is in the insert column part of pages, it wasn’t vertically aligned because I’m trying to put map and contact form in it. And I have two virtual kit plugins, I haven’t updated the other one. Will it affect my page if I updated the other one?

You should just delete one and make sure the one you have is the most recent.

Same probleme here. The theme options are just blank. I’m using php 5.4 and mysql 5.5. I have tried two times on blank images from scratch.

Are you running any plugins that might be causing a conflict?

What is your php max memory and max execution time?

I tried till now:
Plugins all disabled
Virtue plugin enabled
Virtue plugin disabled
Etc.

Instance is running on openshift platform.

It worked in past with virtue theme – now from scratch it doesn’t.
