Theme options and multisite, need help…

  • Heya,

    I am developing a website that allows the site owner to create a “micro-site” within their own. This microsite will only vary in their Theme Options, but the problem I’m encountering is how to specify different Theme Options for these “micro-site’s”.

    For example, should they be Custom Post Types? If so, how do I associate unique Theme Options to those specific Custom Post Type Posts?
