when update theme options : Error: options page not found.

hi every buddy, i got problem with theme option page , when i update the options i got error messge says : Error: options page not found.

i have done a option menus
main menu
– sup menu
– sup meu
-sup menu

but if i do just 1 menu it works well

so please can somebody help me ?
