Theme only appears on server, not from any other computer

  • I did a new install on Server 2012 R2 IIS 8, when logged in everything works as it should. When I try to acccess from another computer on the same LAN segment. I get this.

    Chrome shows: ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

    I have turned the the firewalls off on both computers, get the same thing in IE and Chrome on different pc. I have tried several different theems as well.I have full folder permissions on the wwwroot\wordpress folder for IIS_IUSERS

    Any help is greatly appreciated as this is driving me crazy
