[Theme: Online Marketer] Removing a type of header form certain page

I know I need to add an “if is page” if I don’t want the header in every pg. I want the header to appear just on the home page of my theme. Below is the header php. I tried adding the is_page(‘Home’); in a couple of places with no luck. Needles to say I’m NOT a coder at all, I’m a graphic designer so ANY help will be much appreciated! Where should I add the code and exactly what should it say…;(
