Theme (?) not working unless logged in.

New to this, couldn’t find the topic anywhere, but please forward me if it’s resolved somewhere else (maybe an Elementor issue?).

The webpage doesn’t seem to load the theme (or at least something is not working).
The text is not centered, in default font, headings are light blue, pics are not positioned like I did it before etc. When logged in all this changes to the correct fonts etc. I chose before. So for visitors it’s not possible to see the correct design.

The same problem is for Chrome, Edge, regardsless of incognito mode or Mobile. All plug-ins and the theme is updated.

Since I’m new, it’s probably something easy, but I can’t figure it out. Is this a OceanWP or Elementor issue?
