Theme not working on iPhone 6 & 7.

  • Hi There,
    I have a new client who has a custom made theme built by a developer who’s now unresponsive. The site works on all devices except for iPhone 6 & 7. Site won’t scroll down and navigation hamburger is not working. The site is at https://www.victoriasprungphotography.com/

    The site works fine on iPhone 5 with the same OS as the 6s and 7s we’re testing on, so I’m not sure what the problem could be.

    Is anybody else experiencing problems with iPhones 6 & 7 on any other theme? Thanks for your time. Any pointers are much appreciated.

  • Took a while for it to load…. It seems like the theme dosent scroll I can see the footer of the page (atleast It looks like it would be the footer). But the hamburger menu is not responsive, any recent updates done to the site?

    I don’t believe there have been any recent updates other than posts off the dashboard several weeks ago. What I don’t get is how it works fine on most devices- but not on the two new iPhones. Does anybody have any idea what within a theme could be causing this? I mean- how is it possible it works on the 5S and not the 6 or 7? I don’t know where to begin as far as fixing this. Thanks for your input!

    Any more thoughts? I’m still having the issue. Maybe a more general question: what parts of the WP code would affect an iPhone 5 differently than an iPhone 6 or 7?

    Solved: Server was running an older version of php. Updated from 5.2 to 5.6 and now the site works great on both iPhone 6 & 7.
