i have linked no-ip.biz account to my localhost (ip-address of my server). i’m directly not using my domain name on my server.

when i open my blog – it shows that it has correctly linked with the stylesheet of the current theme. but why the theme does not get displayed ? please help me.

Which blog are you referring to, your localhost blog?

yes. my blog address on my lan is – 192.168.0.103/blog. i have used that in my router’s port-forwarding. and my no-ip.biz account is used to refer to my router and further my server ip and fetch the website.

you can check murtazabasrai.no-ip.biz/blog and check the developers view code. you will find that all the stylesheet and css code is proper. then why is it not loading.?

i have deleted exiting wordpress and reinstalled it on my web server. still the same problem exists. Please guide me where is the problem?

This is the location of style.css in my server.

My problem is that my website loads correctly on my lan Pc when i type 192.168.0.103/blog.

when when i access it from outside lan, it does not show the theme.
