Theme not showing error message

    When I try and enable the Eastview theme for my log I get this error message.

    “Fatal error: Cannot redeclare gravatar() (previously declared in /home/heroindi/public_html/maryblackchurch/wp-content/plugins/gravatar.php:15) in /home/heroindi/public_html/maryblackchurch/wp-content/themes/eastview/gravatar.php on line 15″

    Is there a way to fix this. I’m using WordPress 2.0.2. The other themes are working/showing except for Eastview and Dixie Belle.

  • Are you using the gravatar plugin? IF so, I think it’s conflicting with the plugin that’s included with the theme.

    Sorry was only able to get back on this tonight. The themes creator suggested I delete the gravatar.php from the Eastview theme folder and put that file in the plugins folder. As I already had a gravatar.php file in my plugins folder I didn’t add another one, and now viola..the theme works fine.
