Theme Not Responsive

I have installed the Islamic theme by Crunchpress on my website. It should be a responsive website but when I visit my website from a mobile device I get a very basic, trimmed down version. On the bottom there is a link that says ‘Visit Full Website’. When I click on it, it then brings me to the right responsive version based on the Islamic theme.
Not sure what is going on here. I have tried to contact Crunchpress for support but they are not responding.

Disable the mobile theme option in Jetpack. It’s replacing your theme with its own.
