Theme not loading

    I am not sure on the version as I just started this(newbie). I am pretty sure it is 2.8.

    I installed wordpress through my web provider and I am getting this error… after I upload a theme in the directory /wp-content/themes… I can then see it on my dashboard!! yeah it works..

    Only problem is if I click on it to make it my default theme everything goes blank… I can’t see the admin or my blog or nothing….

    Any ideas what is going on?
