[NSFW] theme not found during restoration

    Hi all,

    When I restore my site, I receive an error message saying that the theme is not found (see the link) while in the remote storage space the theme exists and it weighs 18 MB.

    Note: I backed up my site using UpdraftPlus on my old CPanel. And since I changed CPanel, while I restore my site to the new CPanel I get the error mentioned above. Please help me because I do not know if it is the change of host that is causing me problem.

    Hi,

    Can you download the backup file directly from your remote storage and upload them to your site in the “Backup/Restore” tab > click “upload backup files”.

    Do you still get the same error?
