Theme Not Displaying Correctly

  • I have installed a new theme called Expi on my site at https://bruceformhals.com I simply can not figure out why it is not displaying correctly. What is even weirder is I have a them called iGreatBlue running on htt://tepowermag.com it displays just fine. When I install and activate that them on my personal blog it has the same display problems. Both sites are hosted on the same server.

    What is even weirder is if you right click and view background their is an error message. The image is there and I have even replaced it.

    I would greatly appreciate any help on figuring out what I have wrong that is causing this problem
