Theme Not changing from Swift to other

  • After updating I tried Swift theme but didn’t liked to tried to change it back to previous one.

    Theme is set to my previous theme in setting but site is still opening in swift theme.

    I have cleared cache multiple times and tried different theme also but still swift theme is opening.

    Kindly fix this issue asap since swift theme doesn’t show all ads and it is affecting the earning.

    Swift theme has basic issues like image or ads are left aligned and not center aligned.

    Comment section is not present.

    Ads in the header and footer are not showing anymore.

    Also to follow up, I have already sent mail to [ Redacted, support is not offered via email, Skype, instant messenger, etc. ]
    Tomorrow is Saturday and your business days are from Monday to Friday.

    Please fix this or tell me how to fix by today.

    I’ve had the same issues since updating, please can this be fixed ASAP!
