Theme (NatureOne Pro) need help with header part

Ok I’m just a bit perturbed at SKT and their support. They say they have my site fixed like I want it on the header but I refreshed and signed out and signed back in closed out and opened back up several times on all three but I do not see but color changes which r not the right colors either. Can anyone help me? I’m self taught somewhat but never have used WordPress or short codes. I Have a major deadline on this and I need to get this fixed asap be I don’t want to add everything else and it get screwed up in the fixing process as they have done. I already had pics and information on my slider and lost that work from whatever they did to so called FIX my website for me. Ok plz plz someone help!!
