[Theme: Mystique] Adding an arrow to navigation menu

Hi. I want to add an arrow to my navigation menu. Now it looks like this and like this when you hover a section ho has a submenu (“enlaces” in this example)

I need to add an arrow to all the sections who has submenus like in this web for example because if you don’t hover “enlaces” there is no way to know that there is a submenu.

Also if possible I’d like to disable this pop-up (I think it’s the title attribute of HTML). Here is my style.css and [NSFW site removed] if you want to see what’s the problem

Note: Using “Custom Menú” don’t fix nothing
