Theme My Login problem with Terms & Conditions

  • When using Theme My Login Plugin on the Register Page the agreement checkbox is not positioned after the form. It is at the vertical middle of the page, below Username and E-mail, but above the Password, Confirm Password and reCaptcha fields.
    How could be moved down, below everything else?
