Theme My Login does not display Register Plus Redux registration form.

    I’m trying to get ‘Register Plus Redux 3.7.3’ to work in conjunction with ‘Theme my login’ 6.1.3
    I’m having a problem as the RPR registration form doesn’t show up when clicking on TML’s register link.

    I checked the webpage’s source code and I can see that the RPR registration form is actually there but the browser doesn’t show it and leaves a blank where the form should be.

    Has anybody else encountered this issue?
