theme-my-login-custom not working

I had added theme-my-login-custom.php in wp-content/plugins folder but it’s not working then I tried to add this in my theme function with all hooks but it still not working.
Please let me know is there any special changes needed in the latest version of plugin so that theme-my-login-custom.php will work
