Theme My Login and WooCommerce Product Vendors

I am developing a membership site with Paid Memberships Pro. I installed WooCommerce Bookings and WooCommerce Product Vendors (for members to sell their time and manage their own availability). I also installed Theme My Login to manage the login page.

When Theme My Login is active, the links to the Vendor Dashboard (for the logged-in member) do not work. With Theme My Login deactivated the links work perfectly but when members login it takes them to the WooCommerce My Account page instead of the custom landing pages I have set up for each membership level.
