Theme messes up after installation

As soon as I install this plugin, the theme gets messed up, the header logo disappears and CSS elements are impacted.
Is a later, tested version of this plugin available? I like the plugin and I cant anything suitable that is as user-friendly as this one, but I cant sit and modify the design elements after installation of this plugin.

Any views?
