[Theme: MayaShop] Featured Image not showing on testimonial page

From all the documentation and the video on this, I can’t see where I’ve missed a step. Once I set the featured image, it should appear on the individual page. Click the names of the individuals to view their page.

Please let me know if anybody needs any more details. I found two threads, one on the Mayashop support forum and another on WordPress where individuals had this problem but no posted solutions.
