[Theme Matala] Moving up navigation

Hi. I’m a relative newbie, and I’m confused! I am trying to figure out where I can configure the styles in the Matala theme to bring my navigation bar up about 30 pixels and I can’t figure out where that is controlled. I’ve looked in both the style.css file and the fuctions.php and altered different settings here and there, but I am not able to figure it out.
