Theme markup & deleting ‘Site’ & ‘Comments’

    Hi,

    My url is https://www.100buckhouseraffle.com

    I’ve been told my theme markup is disgusting, but the only problem is that I don’t know what theme markup means. If you do could you please tell me as well as letting me know what i could do to make it look good?

    Also if I want to get rid of ‘Site’ and ‘Comments’ in upper right corner of homepage what would I have to erase in the html?
