[Theme: Make] Adjusting Margins

  • I am building a site, https://www.corksandcleaver.com, using the free version of Make theme.

    I would like to be able to adjust the space between the left edge of the screen and the left edge of the sidebar navigation menu, so that the sidebar menu is pushed to the left, creating a larger content area in the middle of the page.

    I would also like to adjust the right-hand margin, INDEPENDENTLY of the left margin.

    If possible, I would like to do the same with the footer area: bring it up higher on the page.

    Lastly, I would like to reduce the height of the logo area, so that everything is pushed toward the top of the screen.

    I would like to accomplish each of these tweaks using Custom CSS, not PHP or any other back-end code.

    I would appreciate any help that is offered.

    UPDATE: I want to clarify that my end-goal is to create more width in the body content area.

    I am open to a variety of solutions, including adjusting the built-in theme settings, plugins, or Custom CSS.
