Theme loaded not showing in public html file

Hi guys, I hope someone can help. I uploaded a theme (from wordpress) to the blog https://www.kitchenblogging.com. I couldn’t use it because I need to add my own header and footer, so I deleted the file from the themes section in my public html section in filezilla. Now I have uploaded a new theme but it does not show in the public html section in filezilla, only the classic and default are showing as files, but the theme is loaded onto the blog. Without the file in public html I cannot upload the images I need showing. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
