Theme Lighstorm: Trouble with pagination

    I installed the plugin but how do I regulate when the page numbers come up in categories? And also how do I have them appear in posts when I want to break my post up into more than one page?

    In addition, how do I break up text in posts to have it continue on another page?

    I’m sorry for all the questions, I’m a little new to all this, and starting work on my magazine. Thank you!
