Theme Licensing!

I have decided to code my own theme for my wordpress website, since I know CSS, HTML, etc. pretty well and would love to continue practicing my coding skills.

I just finished all the graphics for my new theme and I read over the “build your own theme” support page provided by www.remarpro.com. Anyway, I read the first few paragraphs and the first thing this page mentions is the stylesheet details that are needed, including a license.

As someone who DOES NOT want to sell or give out the blog’s theme at all–it’s specific to just my blog, do I need the license, the tags, etc. etc.? I am just concerned for all of this work that I didn’t know about (and honestly didn’t research beforehand either), and my blog is now “down for revamping”.

I’m not really sure where to go from here. If anyone could help out that’d be great!
