[Theme: Kinetico] Featured image size is wrong

    This is very very strange. The theme is pretty much at default, all i did was install theme, then woocommerce and finally install dummy content. To my surprise the featured images are wrong.. It should be at a width of 300px but for some reason it is being capped at 150px. I went into admin panel > media > thumbnail size and changed that from the default 150×150 to 300 and still images are beign resized to 150. Not sure what to change, its probably a super easy fix.

    Looks like that’s a commercial theme? In which case, you’ll need to get help from the vendor, as they are not supported here.

    Oh I see. I wasnt aware this was only for official wordpress themes. I guess i’ll keep waiting for a response from them, its been almost a week and they dont reply.

    Mmmm, that’s certainly a drag. Yeah, these forums don’t support commercial themes, partly because they are not available for testing or viewing the code, etc. And with this kind of thing, it’s theme specific as to how those sizes are being set. But you might also look at the WooCommerce set up — as settings there might also be affecting those thumbnails.
