  • Hi @gimmest62,

    Thanks for choosing Neve!

Please try to disable the plugins again, clear the cache (browser and plugin, if you use any caching plugin) and check if the issue persists.

    Have a nice day!

    Hi @luciamarinescu,

Unfortunately that didn’t help at all :/
I have disabled every single plugin, one by one, and I’ve cleared the cache as well.

    Thanks.

Having the same issue – after updating neve to 3.2.2 fonts stopped working – website is broken with default little font typography as on @gimmest62 example.

Disabling all plugins(only using elementor/orbit fox companion) didnt help at all - rollback doesnt work either.

    Hi @luciamarinescu,

Did support team noted this issue to investigate?

    Thanks.

    Hello @gimmest62 and @raveaan!

Unfortunately we can’t replicate this issue, it doesn’t occur on our test instances. Could you please provide us more details on how to replicate it? Does rolling back to the previous version of WordPress solve the issue? Does this occur with a default theme like Twenty Twenty One as well? Did anything else change in your environment before this problem appeared?

    Thank you!

    Dear @luciamarinescu
As I mentioned – rolling back doesn’t help at all. The WordPress was not updated during that time it was 5.9.3. This issue doesn’t show up with other themes. Only on Neve. It happened right after update to 3.2.2 – the theme worked well before that. My page worked with Elementor 3.6.2 that time. Now it`s updated to 3.6.4. Orbit Fox 2.10.11 is present as well.

Right after updating Neve to 3.2.2 everything broke. The fonts in menu/post list became small and it’s impossible to change them in Customizer. They do show up in editor when changing but once published it doesn’t work live and everything just looks the same again.

    Hi @luciamarinescu,

I can confirm @raveaan explanation above.
I am not using Elementor or Orbit Fox but still the issue is the same.

    Thanks.

@gimmest62 I see more people having the same problem on the Neve Facebook Group – unfortunately devs don`t seem to solve this issue and pple are changing the theme.

    Hi @raveaan,

Could you please paste here the URL to that Facebook group?

    Thanks.

    Hi @raveaan and @gimmest62!

We are still not able to replicate this, it seems to occur only on some edge cases, but we reported this issue to our developers and we’ll further investigate it. We’ll come back to you with a message when this will be solved.

    Have a nice day!

@luciamarinescu thank you – I hope this is solved soon as I don`t want to switch to another theme.

    Hi @raveaan and @luciamarinescu,

    Thank you both.
I don’t want to switch to another theme either.

    Thanks.

    Hi @raveaan,

Could you please contact us via this form – https://themeisle.com/contact/ (as a pre-sales question) as our team needs some additional details with this edge case about your WordPress instance that will help us a lot with debugging this issue.

    Thank you for your cooperation!

    Hello @bvytis
Unfortunately I have moved the site on to another theme as I couldn`t wait any longer.

    Rgrds!

Hi @raveaan, we found out why the issue occurs on your website. Neve is using CSS variables to control the aspect of your site. We are defining variables like –postWidth:50%, –btnPadding: 12px 24px; and so on. On your website it seems that the variables are transformed from –postWidth to –postwidth as you can see in this screenshot: https://vertis.d.pr/DIQgl3. We suspect that there is a 3rd party plugin or some unseen code that is changing those variables when minifying the CSS.
I saw that the site is still using Neve and we would love to debug it and find what exactly is causing this issue.
We don’t need access to your website, just some info about your hosting provider and what plugins you are using.
If you can help us with that, please contact us via this form – https://themeisle.com/contact/.

    Have a great day!
